Mr Yazid was appointed as Lead Counsel by Messrs Wan Ahmad Ridzuan & Co to assist Mr Lim Choh Long ('the Client') in connection to his complaint against Dr. Lim Eng Seng.
The Board members perused through the complaint, listened to the testimony of the Client, and after deliberation on the inquiry conducted against the practitioner, the Disciplinary Board decided that the Client statement support the allegation.
The Disciplinary Board then proceeded to charge the practitioner and ordered the practitioner to state his defence.
